Dr. Denney serves as a Senior Consultant in QSI's Telecommunications Division. Dr. Denney has over ten years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Her areas of focus include economics, statistical analysis, forecasting, cost modeling, TELRIC pricing, and access and universal service reform issues. Dr. Denney has analyzed numerous cost models used in the setting of telecommunications rates, and assists QSI's expert witnesses and legal counsel in drafting expert witness testimonies and cross-examination in oral proceedings. Dr. Denney has served as an expert witness in both telecommunications and energy proceedings. Dr. Denney's professional experience includes two years of service within AT&T's Local Services and Access Management group, as well as teaching and academic work in the field of environmental and natural resource economics.
